Patients with chest pain applications of simulation based training courses

Abstract
Background: One skilled nursing college nursing students in the third year of patients who complain of chest pain, simulation-based training courses for nursing students in applying critical thinking, problem solving and effective integration of orientation to improve the basis for measures aimed to wish to utilize.

Methods: Third year nursing students before graduation 39 people in problem solving and critical thinking disposition was conducted in order to improve.

Results: Simulation training program using patient simulator in critical thinking disposition of nursing students, the middle class is higher than problem solving. Nursing students have learned in the lecture course learning content provided to the patient simulators, including a variety of physiological responses were patient experience feedback directly, Subject matter of nursing students collect and analyze it scientifically appropriate simulator based on the number of patients seeking immediate care to look at scientific understanding of nursing was to describe, Professional training courses of practical thinking and learning attitude could learn. In addition, similar to the reality of the situation presented by a patient simulator with students in clinical practice experience in a similar situation to a safe learning experience with us to understand the overall condition of the subjects ability to raise was for students to observe and take advantage of all the information identified subjects based on this, the appropriate use of technology was nursing. This process is a critical thinking disposition of nursing students, it was very effective to facilitate problem solving.

Conclusions: Future curriculum planning in order to validate the effectiveness of the design study is required before the change but in a new role as nurse students to critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help improve the orientation of the considered.
